Nightmare. Basically they took/lost the VW remote key. Lied repeatedly about when the car would arrive. Sifoned all the gas. In fact the driver had to just let the car fall off the carrier. MY SISTER was the shipper and gave it to them with over 1/4 tank. NONE not a sip left. not enough to get to a gas station, had to call VW roadside. The driver gave me the valet key and left. I thought the other keys would be in the glove box but they were not. When I called they insisted that they never got more than just the one valet key. NOT. All three keys were given. I decided to call the police to make the report of the stolen keys and gas so I could file a insurance claim. After calling the owner and letting him know I was calling the fuzz, the driver meraculously came back with the another key. Said it was just laying in his dash. So, what are they doing going through this car? Taking the gas, Geez. WHAT A NIGHTMARE> I dont think I would use autotrasportdirect.com either. They were the contracting company and have not been interested in making this good. Only good news was how wonderful VW Roadside is. Got me 2 gallons of gas in less than 12 min.
